• We do our best to maintain accuracy, but we’re not liable for any minor differences in color or appearance due to screen settings or lighting.
• Orders must be confirmed directly with us via WhatsApp or Instagram.

Return & Issue Reporting:

• If you find any damage or issue with your order, please report it within 12 hours of delivery.
• An opening video is mandatory while unboxing, clearly showing the issue. This helps us verify that the damage was not caused after delivery.
• Without a video, we will not be able to process complaints.

Shipping Policy for Returns:

• If your return is approved, both-way courier charges must be paid by the customer, even if the original order was shipped with free delivery.
• Returns will be accepted only if the item is unused and in its original condition.
